Dr. Nawaf bin Abdul Mohsen bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh

Dr. Nawaf is a licensed lawyer and member of the Saudi Bar Association. He holds a doctorate in Sharia policy from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, and the subject of the thesis is Trading Sukuk in the Saudi Market. He holds a master’s degree in law from Duke University School of Law. He also holds a master’s degree in comparative law from California Western School of Law, previously obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Judicature from Umm Al-Qura University. 
Dr. Nawaf worked as a judge for more than ten years, where he served as a judge in the Commercial Court in Riyadh, the Personal Status Court in Jeddah, the General Court in Makkah. Through his previous work as a judge, Dr. Nawaf’s experience varied to cover a range of different sectors, as he worked on real estate, commercial, construction, family, and criminal cases. 
He also worked on reviewing and drafting many regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition, Dr. Nawaf was a member of a special committee to review and edit the judicial record in the Royal Court. 
Dr. Nawaf also worked as a Counsel at Dentons Law Firm, one of the leading international law firms in the Kingdom. He led the company’s litigation department in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also has diverse experience in drafting legal documents and negotiating in both Arabic and English.
